[Histonet] Mouse bladder

Does anyone have a good protocol for mouse bladder embedded in agar that they are willing to share? We have mouse bladders in 2% agar and have tried a few different protocol variations from our usual mouse but the agar keeps shriveling up. Thanks Heather
