HELP:
Hi,
Is there anybody can provide me the price list/structure of the custom IHC
services?
For example, to test 200 tissue slides and get 200 images, how much does it
cost?
Thank you very much in advance,
Have a nice weekend,
Best Regards,
Karen

Hi All,
I am going to apply one rabbit polyclonal antibody on the rabbit tissue
using IF. Is there anybody do it before? I heard of mouse on mouse IHC-DAB
method, but not sure if it's possible in IF.
Your kind response is very appreciated,
Thanks,
Karen

Hi,
I am doing multilabeling immunofluorescence now and try to get rid of
the background staining around tissue. It might be due to the fluochrome
attached to the glass around the tissue. Is there anyway to decrease or
avoid this kind of staining?
Thank you,
Best,
Karen
Hello,
I am wondering whether anybody having any experience of running the
Paraffin tissue slide quality control in order to provide good tissue
section? Any important factors? How to avoid wrinkles and folds in the
tissue sections? We do get problems on this.
Thanks in advance,
Best,
Karen

Usually that is the result of incomplete fixation. Check your fixation protocol.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your input. Could you describe more with the
floating section method? I never did it before.
Best,
Karen

Hi
Hi,
I need help to prepare some paraffin tissue slides for confocal
microscope evaluation. We need the tissue surface very flattened, no
wrinkle in order that the microscope can focus the whole section evenly.
Anyone has suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Best,
Karen
