Hello Histonetters,
I work in research and we get too much non-specific background on our IHC-s.
Anybody tried using wash solution at 37C instead of at room temperature?
If not, why? Is it a bad idea?
Thanks,

Can I put those straight into the processor? Or has to be rinsed/soaked before?
If so what should I use?
My Internet searches did not bring up anything useful.
Thank you!

If it worked we could save a

Hi,
We have difficulty obtaining frozen tissue to use as positive control when we
do IHC on frozen sections...
Is it allowed to use FFPE sections for this purpose? If not, can someone

If it's the regulations, can som

Hi,
anybody heard about a place where I can buy human alpha-synuclein IHC positive
control slides?
Or anybody can spare some? Or brains with Lewy bodies? I can offer other
control blocks you might need.
Thanks,
