We have great luck with Cell Marque antibody on our Ventana Benchmark Ultra
using UltraView DAB detection. He have had dirty staining for spirochetes
(syphilis) in the past utilizing the Red Detection kit and decons do seem to
help a bit. The DAB detection kit is much cleaner.

Who are your favorite vendors for CD34 (blasts basophils) and CD117

Good afternoon, Histonetters. What antibody do you have good luck with for
staining blast cells in bone marrow specimen (ffpe). By the way, we are
using the Ventana Benchmark Ultra staining platform. Our pathologist isn't
super enthused about our current antibody clone.

What info do you guys have on acetone fixed smears? Specifically, having
trouble getting PAX5 (nuclear) to show good signal without chewing up the

We have been having an issue lately with a precipitate (possibly bacterial
contaminant) using the Ultra View Red Detection Kit that is not showing up
on stains using the Ultra View DAB Detection Kit. The red speckles appear
