Hi Sandra,
What are the times for each processing station? Animal tissue is much
leaner, so it's easy to over process and become brittle to section.
Best,

Gayle,
I purchased mine a few years ago from Electron Microscope Sciences (EMS) a
few years ago. They work really well. It is easier on the tissue integrity
and allows you to easily transfer from one solution to another.

Hi Julie,
I would go with the most flexible open system that is capable of using a
wide range of protocols. (ex. antibodies from different vendors, varied
section thickness, fixed frozen sections, etc.)
Kind regards,

Hi Leesa,
I have dealt with IMEB and have nothing but great things to say concerning
their equipment and customer service. The equipment was in top notch
condition and they contact me periodically to make sure everything is
working well.
Good luck,
Tina

I beg to differThe VIP 5 is capable of processing 300 cassettes. On
the first page of my VIP 5, Operating Manual (p. 1.1), it says it is
capable of handling 150-300 cassettes.

I totally agree with Pam. I can only hope to leave a fraction of an
impact when I depart this earth on my colleagues, friends and family
as Peggy has left with us. She earned her wings a long time ago and is
now at peace.

Hello Histonetters,
Is anyone currently or in the past had experience operating the Leica
CM3600 Cryomacrotome XP? I am looking for input on using this instrument.
Thanks,
