Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have any suggestions for cutting corneal rat brains (20 microns),
fixed in PFA, treated with sucrose and embedded into OCT. They cut well but
when I pick them up on the slide they always have wrinkles, I have tried many
different things with no luck.
Different modes
We have gotten good results with the following probes.

At first they were not working well but the rep come out for the day and went
over them with us and not the results are beautiful and consistent.
