Does anyone out there run the Anti-RET IHC from ABCAM (ab134100) on the Leica bond platform. I am about to work it up on out system and want a good starting point rather than testing every option and wasting time and money.
1. Do you use any enzyme treatment 2. Do you use ER1 or ER2 and for what times? 3. What do you find to be a good dilution ratio?
