Hi everyone. Would anyone be able anyone recommend a good antibody to stain mast cells in Human Tonsil for IHC?
These would be in FFPE (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections) With secondary antibody hopefully being HRP labeled. Substrate would most likely be DAKO AEC.
