Hello Histonetters, I have been asked about the use of PEG cells and the idea of conjugating with a nano[-article.
In sort the goals: 1-visualize PEG 2 coat in an even layer of PEg (if it is not already) 3 - functionalized PEG - attach nanoparticles to either induce cell infiltration or no clots etc.. Since this is a new concept for me I am reaching out to see if anyone in this group has worked with PEG and can give me references, diorection, protocols... As always, thanks in advance~.
