Does anyone have a good protocol for pin-4 on a Ventana XT or Ultra?

In response to the use of Pin 4 staining on various platforms, I have
used the PIN 4 from Diagnostic Biosystems on the Ventana Benchmark XT
and the results were fantastic!

in-house tissue but are finding a lot of variance with the stainability.
