I am working fo= r a brand new private pathology lab in Los Angeles
(very close to Cedars Si= nai), and we are looking for an experienced,
ASCP certified histotech to wo= rk as a per diem. Basically, this
person will help cover the lab when= I am not there (I am the only HT)
or when the workload is high - so the ho= urs would not be
consistent. We need someone that is experienced in a= ll aspects of
histology (embedding, cutting, special stains) and is able to= work
well on their own with little guidance. Good troubleshooting sk= ills
are also required. The hours are somewhat flexible, and the pay will
be based on experience but is very competitive.
