I am looking for positive control tissues of Parkinson's Disease. I have
contacted National Disease
Research Interchange but they can only supply me with whole brains and
hemispheres which is way more than I need and don't want to waste tissue. I
am looking for samples of the following:
Paula, does your institution perform autopsies? If so, have the staff
notify you when there is a lupus nephritis case. Have them send you
fresh renal cortex. Cut up the tissue into small cubes and freeze for later
use as IF control. Run your battery of Ig's, compliment and light chains.

Hello Histonetters,
Does anyone have experience with nice positive control tissues for RANKL
and/or OPG (except bone)?
Both are soluble factors, but is there a chance to produce a reasonably
discrete staining (of secretory vesicles?) in any organ?
