For those of you who have the Thermo Fisher Printmate Cassette Labeler:
I just had service in and they changed the ribbon while they were here, and the barcodes started printing really light. The tech called in to Fisher and was told that there is a bad lot of ribbons. The lot # is 6325. Fisher is replacing my ribbons at no cost.
