Dear all I need some advice concerning immunostaining with Anti-Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule L1 from chemicon on P0 mice brains. I am trying to use this antibody for formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections but I can not get any signal until now, I tried antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer and I tried different antibody concentrations.
