Hello, I'm looking for a successful protocol for Sox10 on an automated platform, specifically the Bond. However, any protocol would be a great starting point. Dilutions, high/low ph and times as well as if you needed enhancer's to improve on signal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!!
