[Histonet] direct IF on normal animal tissue

I teach immunology and histology to biomedical laboratory technology students and I would like to perform a simple direct immunofluorescence technique on normal animal tissue obtained from the butcher. I believe I could easily obtain either kidney, heart or liver either from pig or beef.
