I agree with Karen about a decent pay scale for California - $16.15 is a
ridiculous wage for California. Although San Francisco is on the high end
because of our insanely high cost of living (San Francisco even has it's own
minimum wage of $9.75/hr), $16.15 seems horribly low for anywhere in
$16.15 per hour. They are getting a great deal. I believe you should
be making at least double that. What I believe is happening is that a
lot of offices are now starting to open their own labs and they are
trying to get us cheap. We all need to stick to our guns and not let
them get us cheaper
