We do not use B5 at all. In fact Poly Scientific has discontinued it.
For those areas like us that are going Mercury free, the Pathologist
would have no choice but to find a replacement fixative. For those who
still use B5, just how are you disposing of it?

Try the B5 substitute from Poly Scientific. I did a comparison of the B5
