Hi Richard- I have been using the CellMarque IgG4 (MRQ-44 clone), mouse
monoclonal on the Leica Bond with success.

dilution on the Ultra. We are using the Optiview detection kits.

Cell Marque now has an IgG4 IVD clone. It is one of the only ones I have
found.

I have used invitrogen - mouse anti-human IgG4 Clone HP6025 (successfully)

We are using Invitrogen's monoclonal Anti-human IgG4 (Cat No. 05-3800) with
a working dilution around 1/700.
Although we are using BondMax stainer with 30 min, Epitope Retrieval
solution 2 (alkaline) pretreatment from Leica, Ventana would give a good
staining as well.
