HAPI at this point is moving at a fairly slow velocity, mostly because it
quite stable and adding new features is not currently a priority here at
University Health Network where the project originated. That said, the
project is certainly not dead- we (and many others around the world)

There is some documentation on this in the "Conformance Tools" section of
the website. This could probably use some clarification and reorganization
though.
