Hi Cameron,
HAPI at this point is moving at a fairly slow velocity, mostly because it
quite stable and adding new features is not currently a priority here at
University Health Network where the project originated. That said, the
project is certainly not dead- we (and many others around the world)
Is this still an active project. I have tried contacting people to offer my
skills as a developer but have received no responses.
