The hw.dll and sw.dll are going to be updated pretty soon so there isn't
really a need to redistribute them. It would probably be best if you wait

I'll really prefer that the login info for the files.valve-erc.com site not
be passed out publicly, and that mirrors were setup instead. Large file
releases like this tend to detract from the web server performance, quite
badly in some cases.
