Did you consider adding the data you need as a resource?
Add an application-defined resource to your program, load it using
LoadResource, and retrieve a pointer to your data via LockResource.

There should be a switch to disable _all_ default libs - that would allow
you to hand-pick the libraries you want, making your life a lot easier...
Of course you'll have to figure out what libraries are really needed, but
I guess it wont be that many.
