We are also having uses kicking with anything but user names and banning
since STEAM IDs do not appear under status.

We've haven't had any problems kicking or banning. We be using rcon kick "namehere"
and rcon addip "timehere" "IPhere"
Type rcon status to find out the users' IP.

I have Source and HLDS running on the same server (source is running on 27035), and
I'm having rcon difficulties. By default, it tries to connect to 27015. I can force
it to 27035, with rcon address, but it seems to instantly "forget".
Is anyone
CSS Beta Rcon Commands??
Anyone else having problems kicking and banning users by issuing rcon
commands???

AMX Mod X v0.20 is not even out for anyone to get aside from beta testers.
You should be using MetaMod v1.17.1 which is newer than the MetaModX v1.17X3.

For some reason when I modify the motd.txt file that
came with CS:Source Beta the changes still aren't
displayed.
It still shows the generic motd that came with the
beta.
Has anyone been able to modify or customize the
CS:Source MOTD ?
I'd be glad to get some info.

Long Time CS Admin request to Valve, please change CSS Port
I have been running a very busy CS Server for several years, on the standard

Now I see that you have also assigned CSS to the standard port of 27015. I
notice that if I move the CSS Server off of the Standard port I get a ti
