Why not do a 'listplayers' or 'status' followed by a 'kick #x' where x
is the player ID for that player. I've yet to see this in a game but
wouldnt it be easy to match up the kills to the person changing their
name so much?

Problem is that the console doesn't format the text when doing an rcon
status, and it's difficult to quickly go through the list of players and
figure out what's what. Add to that the fact that you can't display the
scoreboard while the console is open...
