It does seem like a waste of RAM, but that's how Windows manages resources. One thing to consider, Windows might be levearging your hard drive more becasue of it's speed ablities. What type of hard drive(s) are you running on your server? A good S ATA (while not nearly as fast as RAM) drive with a
