That still isn't right. Installed apps go in different directories for
different users. The user that does not own OP4 should never have it
installed at all, and therefore it should never even load (because it's not
installed). Or am I wrong?

I wouldn't jump on the hack wagon just yet, you do have the ablity to brows
servers so for a second lets say someone is sharing the PC with one user
profile and two steam accounts, player Y has all the games and player Z has
half, so if player Z was browsing the server list and saw said server the
You can't "show" anyone this happening. As far as we know you might just
command your botnet to attack your server ip and flood your connection thus
causing the pings to rise. I do not kick HPBs and I suspect any problem you

I just find it very curious that they could actually get to the point where
their client loads OP4 and tries to join the server before something finally
says "you can't do this" and disconnects. I would think they would not be
able to load the client at all. Unless they had some sort of hack that
This has been going on a long time.
I saw the first on 11/17/2005, but only 3 events total in 2005 (on HL2DM).

on PC with install of Steam and they have once account
with said game and the other account probably has the game
files but it is not unlocked in Valvedom.
