I don't know what you guys did, but with this beta and/or the last
engine update, performance has been greatly improved on the dual Xeon
2.8GHZ / 2.4 Linux kernel machine I'm running this on. Before this,
the server would inexplicably use 99% with a mere 10 players, but a
year or so before that

Well Windows performance has been declining at an ever increasing rate
40 player 100 tickrate servers with mods became
32 player 100 tickrate servers with mods which became
32 player 100 tickrate servers without mods which became
32 player 66
Some people are complaining about their servers dropping all their
players while running the beta on Linux.

I found the same thing Whisper , till i removed srcdsfpsbooster now it's all
good again.
