Several convars are already bounded by server variables, if you mail me
off list with other convars that need bounding we can investigate adding
that.

did something changed with mp_timelimit?
if Mani (you know it?) extends the map = sets mp_timelimit higher the
map does not run that longer but does changelevel to the same map.
can't mp_timelimit be ch
