it applies to L4D (I'm not sure if it does - like I said in another post, I
don't care about L4D)

blaming;
1) Poor server conigurations/specifications
2) Plugin (Misconfiguration or Buggy)
3) Segfault which the administrator isn't noticing
4) Some other completely non-VALVe related error or bug.

Seems to be a Windows only problem as far as I can tell.
We ran about 50 servers at one point, now thanks to this bug (and maybe
general lack of interest) we host about 8 servers.
