I use SourceRcon v11 which is based on the SourceRconLib.

Lately my players have been noticing that their consoles are complaining
about the "cl_radar_locked" cvar, which from what I understand is a CS:S
cvar. (This issue is cropping up in TF2)
Anyone else noticed this?

Odd, both are owned by quest/valve. A good ISP can route your IP anywhere.
