Some of my players solved the problem by setting IE as their default browser and go to its Tools -> Internet Options -> Connection -> LAN Setting and check the "Automatically Detect setting." For some weird reason it actually work. Not a very long term solution, but I hope this info can be of some

Problem with CSGO is the connectivity between server and steam. Right now, if you connect to a server that is has slots free, it might deny your access because "this session is no longer available" error or "server/session is full" (while it's not but steam thinks it is and steam wont trust se
