No.  If you have 10 personal machines in your home/work/etc, and they are all running W2K on each machine, you need a license for each unit.
 
If you have 10 PCs connecting to you PC that are not your own, it's the client's responsibility to have their own license.

When I run a 20 players CS server on a Win2k box, must I have a licence for 20 simultaneous connections or not?
My problem is that legally, a Win2k Pro can only have 10 simultaneous connections, but I dont'know if the HLDS connections are concerned about that...
