[hlds] Please wait while Steam verifies game files

I keep getting this error when I try to load CSS. Please wait while Steam verifies game files. Then it disappears. I have deleted my CSS folder plus local files and reinstalled them, but I keep getting that message. Please help. __ CO-Owner GameTechServers.com #GameTechServe

This is getting stupid and I want it cleared up. Is it even possible to do 2000fps on Linux or windows. From my knowledge it isn't. But you have all these people that say it is and it's making me mad that they are because people keep on asking me and I'm saying NO. ___

[hlds] Codes and FPS
