Generally, I agree with that statement, but the NuclearFallout VPSs seem

I have noticed this on my account as well as some of the people on my

When there is an achievement where you must do X action Y times (i.e.
win 200 rounds), the percentage of rounds you have one is lower than it
should be. A perfect example is the one where I have the achievement
