Actually, that error has nothing to do with BW. Something like that is because their billing server is/was down at the time. Say... To patch some 'exploit' that allows frauded cards to pass. Anyhow... There are MANY reasons... It isn't a BW issue. . I doubt there are enough orders/second to eat
