By default, clients can connect to port 27016 to access the new spectator
mode, but what happens when your server is set to use port 27016? Does the
spectator port get remapped? If so, to what?

I'd say no. I'd think a usb mic would work like usb speakers and not require
a soundcard, but they sorta emulate a soundcard. At least thats how my
friend's usb speakers work.
As for mics, I've got a $14 labtec headset, and ppl say I come thru as

I'd suggest turning on delevoper mode to see errors, and also trying
'voice_loopback 1' to hear yoursef incase it actually is working.

I also came across a client command that listed all voice bans. Is there a
feature to ban ppl from the voice comms only? I also wonder what the
voice_recordtofile and voice_inputfromfile client commands do, or rather,
how to properly use them.
