The "smoke grenade freeze" bug is very specific to smoke grenades (actually
it's the smoke, not the grenade itself...) in CS only.

indicates there are error(s) going on in disk I/O or memory
reads/writes. It could be faulty parts, BIOS settings (such as memory
timings) that are too aggressive, overclocking, etc.

Actually, we released a server patch (1108b) to fix the TFC spectator
