I have been running a bone stock TF2 server and since the update I cannot
get my server to update. Here is my command line for updating:
hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game tf -dir c:\srcds -verify_all -retry

I have tried deleting all the files in the /bin directories but no luck...
I guess my next step is to try a complete install again.

If you have a hacked engine.dll, server.dll or a player limit remover plugin
that may be causing your problem if they have not been updated to compatible
versions.

If that's not the case, try deleting the contents of your orangebox/bin
directory, and your orangebox/tf2/bin directory, then retry the update with
-verify_all -retry appended to the end.
