Getting weird problem on our linux servers after the first Halloween update.
Players can connect by IP (connect 74.91.124.34)
But not via steam or server browser
Connecting with port also fails for most players
Connect 74.91.124.34:27015 results in Server Not Responding
Any ideas?

Its been happening on couple of our servers since last night. Both servers
are running vanilla.
Restart fixes the problem temporarily but starts happening again every few
hours.
Attemped to precache unknown particle system bot_eye_glow_soft!

A phone verification system is probably not a bad idea but I think we have
gone over this discussion about a month or so ago.
- KAC like Global Sourceban database can be somewhat effective against
hackers/cheaters until valve decides to do something about the problem.

Some of our servers randomly stop showing up on the list and serve
browser/game info shows a different IP address for the server. For example
our server 74.91.116.12:27015 shows up as 74.91.116.199:27015 and players
cannot connect to the server at all. I have already talked to our GSP to see
