I believe it would help this list if you guys would be abit more
specific with your xeons, a P4 based xeon is not even vaguely similar to
a core2 based xeon, and most of the problems seem to be cropping up with
the P4s.

Sounds like the problem is to do with the router, it sounds like its using
some form of port triggering to route the ports through it, try manually
setting up port forwarding for the ports involved.
