It may of taken off the limits of the min and max rates. If you set them
both to 1, it should work, but noone should be able to connect or stay on
your server.

I would almost say that they are doing this on purpose. If i remember
correctly, the server doesnt foward emails from people on the list, and so
why is it fowarding email from those accounts? Not only that, it always
occurs on 3-4 email addresses each time this happens.

That is why the new screenshot command in PB is used. It can be used to
download screenshots of a players screen, and use it as proof that they were
cheating.

You can make league.cfg (ogl.cfg for ogl, sta.cfg for sta, and so forth),
store the config there, and use the servercfgfile command to set it as your
default config. Once you are done with your practice/match, you use the
same command to revert back to your server.cfg file.

They did beta test it. They had several people from both top TFC clans try
out new things. The only problem with this is that those same members
mostly have high bandwidth and high end computers. Any errors that occur
with some modemers will probably not show up in the beta test.
