So, admin mod works, OZ works, things looking better. However, in hlsw chat messages no longer appear. console works fine, so rcon password is correct.

I can see the say messages in the console window. I clicked "get log lan". Console works. Chat message just don't appear in chat windows. Same config as I had with OP4 as far as contents of autoexec.cfg and config.cfg:
