Can someone explain the function of the "play" rcon command for the source server? Can this command be used, from the server console, for example, to play a .wav file that is pre-loaded in some directory on the clients' machines? If so - can someone give me an example of its use. If the command takes a path and file name - what directory is the path name relative to?
