[hlds] Two questions, server physics, and doors

I haven't yet found the command which enables, or disables, pressing E on physics objects to move them about. Or the command that enables you to jump onto certain physics objects, such as the filing cabinets in CS_OFFICE. On some servers it does not seem to work! I have no idea why! Another ques
