What I spoke of is not a hardware problem, it is not a sound problem (unless
you consider the crappy footstep sound they use in CS:S a problem). it only
happens with the footsteps sounds, I think it is related to the laggy feel
of the game (how it stutters during gameplay) even tho I have 100fps, no
loss or choke...

So yes source sucks. they should have stopped at 1.5, 1.3 etc..... but they
wanted more money so whatever...

If you don't like the game, don't play it. It's as simple as that.
