Those are pretty normal if I remember correcty, just do the hlds_update
-verify all on that install just to be sure...but yes, as others suggested,
use your external IP and make sure to forward the correct ports.

You may want to use your public IP address with port forwarding if you have
not done so already. Also adding +ip IP may help (not sure about that).
For the errors, I don't run DoD so I'm not sure what it should look like (I
know CSS has it's own errors), but you could try updating with a -verify_
