I haven't had one hang yet on an update.

I think the map.txt files only get updated when there's a new map.

But i dont think that valve will change that way ... Because of releasing
new maps and that they want to update it into the cycles.

That's what I was thinking. We have to do it on our clients computers
also. Write only stops the over writes during updates.
