Team kill kick.
Per class limits.
Allow dead players to use say_team to talk to their alive team mates.
Something to turn off sudden death mode for CTF.

Valve aren't very well known for their restriction CVARs (unless of
course, you mean cl_restrictservercommands, but I'm not at all bitter
about that!) I've no doubt that Mani or something of it's Genes will be
along to save the day in time to come!

Thanks for the list. What would also be nice, is settings to limit
player classes like in TFC... 14 spies doesnt make a very well
balanced game.

Do you think if it's possible to add a cvar to change/disable the respawn
time ?
I saw a lot of people complaining about it on my servers today and I would
like to disable it.
