VAC has no human interjection at all. I would assume that the VAC standing in 
our steam clients is connected to that.
This isn't about selling accounts either.
If I remember correctly, I think it was Taylor Sherman that siad they can't 
stop someone from using their paid for games even when caught cheating. They 
must allow them access to those games allbeit on insecure servers for online 
games. Or it was DougV.
There have been so many bad opinions against Valve & VAC so if they WERE 
disabling for that, there'd be a HELL of a lot more bitching going on.
